Terms of Service
The rules for using SiteCourier to source building materials, manage orders, and work with verified suppliers across Nigeria.
Last updated: 16 July 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SiteCourier's website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, browsing products, placing an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SiteCourier.
Our role
SiteCourier operates a marketplace that connects customers with independent suppliers and logistics partners. We facilitate discovery, ordering, payment, and delivery tracking.
Unless stated otherwise, SiteCourier is not the seller of listed building materials. Product descriptions, availability, pricing, and fulfilment are provided by suppliers, subject to our verification and listing standards.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in Nigeria to use the Platform as a customer.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, abuse suppliers or logistics partners, or create risk for other users.
Orders, payments, and delivery
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase from the relevant supplier through SiteCourier. Order confirmation and payment authorisation create a binding transaction subject to supplier acceptance and stock availability.
Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira unless otherwise stated and may change before checkout is completed. Delivery fees, taxes, and site access requirements are disclosed during checkout where applicable.
Payments are processed through Flutterwave or other payment partners we designate. You agree to their applicable terms in addition to ours.
Delivery timelines are estimates. SiteCourier and logistics partners will use reasonable efforts to deliver materials to the address you provide, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, supplier readiness, or force majeure events.
Material requests, fabrication, and consultations
Custom material lists, fabrication requests, and expert consultations may involve separate quoting, approval, and payment steps. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the request workflow.
You are responsible for the accuracy of specifications, quantities, and site details you submit. Rework or additional charges may apply if on-site conditions differ from what was disclosed.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Platform, including attempting unauthorised access, scraping listings at scale, posting false reviews, circumventing fees, or using SiteCourier for unlawful purposes.
Suppliers and logistics users must comply with additional onboarding, quality, and safety requirements communicated during registration or operations review.
Intellectual property
SiteCourier branding, software, and content we create remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform for personal or authorised business purchasing.
Supplier product images and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed on the Platform with permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent allowed by Nigerian law, SiteCourier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, supplier actions, delivery delays, or building-site outcomes.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order is limited to the fees SiteCourier charged for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Disputes
Please contact support first so we can help resolve order, delivery, or payment issues. Many disputes can be resolved through our order tracking and support workflows.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts in Lagos State shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice.
